Aside from the bizarre lighting created by a blizzard and the sun competing for your lens's attention, this is beautiful in an almost grotesque way for all of the criss-crossing cable lines and lamp posts. I remember Robert Crumb talking about how he kept a drawerful of photos of city intersections on hand for reference because, as he put it, "You couldn't imagine or create this kind of awful mess out of your mind, you have to see the real thing"...

Very evocative photo in many ways 8-)
